Timelines depend on the project and are stated in the proposal:

• Automotive websites on the AutoBay24 platform: within 7 working days
• Showcase website: from 7 working days
• Business website: 14-30 working days
• Tailor-made projects: timelines set out in the proposal

Timelines start from payment of the deposit and receipt of the materials (logo, texts, photos). While we work, you can follow progress on a preview address.

Every project includes:

• Revisions before going live: two rounds of changes to the agreed design
• Preview check: 7 days to report any differences from the proposal
• Bug fixing: free for 12 months after going live
• Hosting, SSL certificate and security updates: included in the first year

Our prices are fixed and transparent, with no hidden costs:

Each price includes: design, development, CMS, 12-month hosting, domain, SSL, basic SEO, training and support.

Yes, every website includes basic SEO:

• Technical structure: readable URLs, meta tags, structured data and XML sitemap
• Performance: fast pages optimised for smartphones
• Pages: titles and descriptions based on what people search for in your sector

Ongoing work such as keyword research, advertising campaigns or managing your Google business profile is agreed separately.

We don't offer instalment plans. Payment is made in two parts:

• 50% deposit when you confirm the proposal: work starts from that moment
• 50% balance after you approve the website on the preview address: the site goes live on your domain as soon as payment is received

You can pay by bank transfer or card. AutoBay24 annual plans are paid in advance. We issue an electronic invoice for every payment.

The first year of domain, hosting and SSL certificate is included in the price. From the second year there is an annual fee, stated in the proposal, covering domain renewal, hosting, updates and technical support. Renewal is not automatic: we remind you before the expiry date and you decide whether to renew.

• Tailor-made websites: after the final payment you can stay with us or move the site to a hosting provider of your choice, with files and database
• Websites with vehicle management on the AutoBay24 platform (car dealerships, body shops and garages): the site runs only on the platform and cannot be transferred; if you change provider we hand over your content, photos and domain

Yes, the first consultation is always free and includes:

• Needs analysis: goals, required features and budget
• Written proposal: costs, timelines and project contents
• Demo: we show you the management panel and websites we have already built

We can talk by video call, by phone or at your premises. We usually reply within the same working day.
