General conditions governing the use of the site and the provision of AlphaWeb's web development services.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of alphawebsolutions.it and the contractual relationship between AlphaWeb and its clients for the provision of web development services. Submitting a request or accepting a quote implies that you have read and accepted these conditions.
AlphaWeb di Chernysh Pavlo (VAT IT04071621207), based at Via Bondanello 18/B, 40013 Castel Maggiore (BO), is a web development studio specialising in websites, proprietary CMS and e-commerce, particularly for the automotive sector.
These conditions apply to all services offered, unless otherwise agreed in writing in the individual quote or supply contract.
AlphaWeb provides bespoke web design and development services. The main packages, save for customisations, are structured on three levels:
| Package | Description | Base price |
|---|---|---|
| Showcase Website | Professional website with proprietary CMS, SEO and support included | from € 1,000 |
| Business Website | Complete website with advanced features and integrations | from € 2,500 |
| Enterprise Solution | Bespoke platform with dedicated development and API integrations | from € 5,000 |
The prices shown are starting prices and may vary depending on the specific project requirements, as detailed in the quote. Additional hosting, maintenance and support services are also available with fees indicated separately.
Each project is preceded by a written quote, valid for the period indicated therein. The contract is concluded upon the Client's acceptance of the quote and, where applicable, payment of the deposit.
Any changes or additions to what was agreed in the quote constitute additional work and may involve a revision of costs and timelines.
The Client undertakes to:
The Client is solely responsible for the lawfulness and ownership of the content provided. AlphaWeb is not liable for any infringement of third-party rights arising from materials supplied by the Client.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made according to the methods indicated in the quote, typically with a deposit at the start of the project and the balance on delivery. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card (via the provider Stripe).
Recurring services (hosting, maintenance, support) are invoiced according to the agreed frequency. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the services after notice to the Client.
Delivery timelines are indicated in the quote and start from receipt of all the necessary materials. Any delay by the Client in providing content may result in a proportional shift of the delivery times.
At the end of the project, the Client has a period to verify and report any discrepancies with respect to what was agreed.
Upon full payment, the Client acquires the rights to use the website created and the custom content developed for the project. AlphaWeb retains ownership of the proprietary CMS code, frameworks, libraries and reusable development tools, for which the Client is granted a licence to use for the operation of the site.
Unless otherwise indicated by the Client, AlphaWeb reserves the right to mention the completed project in its portfolio for promotional purposes.
AlphaWeb undertakes to provide the services with the utmost professional diligence. However, it cannot be held liable for:
In any case, AlphaWeb's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service from which the damage arose.
The Client may withdraw from the project at any time, recognising to AlphaWeb the fee for the work already carried out up to the date of withdrawal. AlphaWeb may terminate the contract in the event of serious breach by the Client, in particular for non-payment or for the provision of unlawful content.
AlphaWeb reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions to adapt them to regulatory or organisational needs. The updated version is always published on this page with the date of the last revision. Ongoing relationships are subject to the conditions in force at the time the contract was concluded.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to their interpretation and execution, the Court of Bologna shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the application of mandatory consumer protection rules, where applicable.
