For CS Costruzioni SRL in Bologna we designed and developed a complete web system that integrates
a powerful real estate CMS with advanced functionality for managing new construction projects.
The system is perfect both for construction companies that build and sell directly, and for traditional real estate agencies.
The CMS allows publishing properties with complete features: multiple photos, videos, floor plans,
map positions, detailed descriptions and technical specifications. Properties can be organized
into projects (for new constructions) or published individually (for existing properties).
New Construction Project Management
One of the most innovative features of the system is new construction project management.
The administrator can create a "master project" (like "Cervia - Via Petronio" or "Bologna - Via dello Stallo 7")
and then insert individual real estate units that automatically connect to the general project.
Each project includes:
- General information: Project name, complete address, description, renders and complex images
- Individual units: Each apartment/villa with specific features, floor plans, prices
- Progress status: Construction timeline, expected delivery dates, completion phases
- Different types: Single-family villas, apartments, commercial spaces in the same project

CS Costruzioni used the system to sell all 14 real estate units in just 12 months.
