Publish, notify, transport

The customer publishes a transport request in 3 guided steps (destination → vehicle → price). The system automatically sends the listing to the entire verified carrier network, the admin manages the assignment, and the platform generates authorizations, invoices and documentation.

Guided process: pickup/delivery address with Google Maps, vehicle data with photos, budget and preferences. The system automatically calculates distances and times.

Role-based personalized dashboard

Three distinct reserved areas: the customer manages their requests, the carrier sees available orders and accepts them, the administrator coordinates everything from a centralized panel.

Integrated Google Maps

Smart suggestions for pickup and delivery addresses. Automatic distance calculation, estimated time and route visualization on the map.

Automatic notifications and emails

Localized communications at every stage: new order, approval, carrier assignment, status updates and delivery confirmation — all in the user's language.

Automatically generated documents

Transport authorizations and electronic invoices created by the system upon approval. Multilingual PDFs automatically sent to all parties involved.
