A website built from scratch for Fantasie di Pane, a bakery, pastry shop, cafe and gelateria in the centre of Padulle. Structure, database and panel are written to measure for this business.

Products, photos, videos and events are managed independently from the panel. Cakes to order are requested with one tap on WhatsApp, which on the phone stays pinned at the bottom next to the call button.

How the system works

A panel written for the person behind the counter

The counter changes every day, and so does the site

Everything you see is written from the panel: the home slides, the products on the counter, the photo albums, this week's events. No line of code and no phone call to the agency to pull down an offer that has ended.

What the customer sees

Full-height slider

The home opens on a full-height photo with the name of the counter: bakery, pastry, cafe, gelateria. Slides, texts and buttons change from the panel.

Products by department

Bread and pizza, pastries and cakes, breakfast, ice cream: every department has its own page with photos and description, ordered however you like.

Photo and video albums

The room, the pastry counter, the bread shelves. Albums are created from the panel and photos are put in whatever order you want.

Events and news

Evenings, parties and offers posted when needed and switched off when they end, without deleting them: next year they are switched back on.

Cake orders over WhatsApp

One tap and the chat opens: the customer writes what they want. On mobile it stays pinned at the bottom next to the phone.

Where we are and opening hours

Address, hours, map and a contact form with privacy consent. Requests arrive by email and stay on record.

What the owner manages

Home slider

Slides added, put in order, switched on and off without deleting them. Photos are made lighter on their own so pages load fast.

Products and categories

Categories and cards with photo, text and ordering. Long texts are written the way you write in Word, with bold text and lists.

Albums and video

Albums created from the panel, photos uploaded in bulk and reordered in seconds, videos added by pasting the link.

Events

Date, photo, text and status. A finished event is switched off instead of deleted, and stays ready for next year.

Pages and legal texts

Title, intro text and the description Google shows, for every page. Privacy and cookie policy are edited the same way.

Protected contact form

The form is protected against spam and automated submissions. Privacy consent is recorded with date and time, as the law requires.
