Project developed from scratch, starting with brand creation: FermoCar name, domain, logo, color palette and communication style. The site collects valuation requests for vehicles with administrative holds, damaged and non-running cars with coverage across all of Italy.

Two types of requests — vehicle valuation and general contact — with automatic email notifications, WhatsApp integration, homepage video and complete admin panel with dashboard, SEO management and automatic sitemap.

The owner selects make and model from the database, enters year, mileage, fuel type, body condition, engine and interior state, uploads photos and submits the request. The admin receives the notification with all data and responds with an offer.

Detailed request card

Every request with 6 tabs: customer data, vehicle data, photo gallery, customer notes, internal notes and management. Advanced filters by status, hold, date and free search.

Complete car database

Make and model management with two-column interface and search. The admin adds new makes and models that appear immediately in the valuation form.

Page CMS, SEO and sitemap

Complete page management with meta title and description, FAQ by categories with drag-and-drop. Automatic sitemap.xml generation with validation and Google Search Console link.

Automatic email notifications

Dual notification: the admin receives an email with all lead details upon arrival, the customer receives a confirmation of request receipt with a summary of submitted data.

Settings and administrators

Configuration on 3 levels: general (contacts, WhatsApp, Analytics, homepage video), branding and social. Multi-administrator management with roles and access levels.
